2026 – present- Disclosed vulnerabilities in the school's administrative system through HITCON ZeroDay, including an IDOR that exposed other students' data.
- Brought in by the computing center after the disclosure to assess and fix within authorization: closed several backdoors and fixed several XSS issues.
- Wrote internal automation tools in Python that replaced manual operations work and cut repetitive tasks for the unit.
- Proposed a WAF and reverse-proxy hardening plan; it was later outsourced to a vendor and implemented along largely the same lines.
- Recognized by the school with two merit citations, a certificate and a scholarship.

Agora-AI — campus AI assistant

- Reverse engineered the undocumented school system and wrapped it into a usable API.
- Built an AI agent with 10 tools that answers natural-language questions about timetables, grades, attendance and leave.
- Containerized with Docker and deployed to a school VM through Cloudflare Tunnel.
- Paused for now while I rethink the scope.
Breakfast shop ordering system

- Scan a QR code to order; order status is pushed to the owner over LINE in real time.
- Order lifecycle modeled as a state machine and synced to the front end over SSE.
- Nine tables designed with Drizzle ORM; orders store snapshot fields so later menu edits never alter past records.

- Built a subtitle index with OCR to search for the frame matching a line across three series.
- Replaced pre-rendered frames with on-demand ffmpeg generation plus an LRU cache, cutting image storage from 4 GB to zero.
